Emma Fletcher is an attorney whose practice consists of family law and estate planning.
In the family law arena, Emma has extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom. Emma is a collaboratively trained attorney who strives to achieve holistic settlements that allow her clients to move forward with their life in confidence. Clients can work with Emma to create or update planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship appointments. With her experience in family law, Emma is especially well positioned to help clients update their estate plan following a divorce or legal separation.
