Excellent representation Ms. Hill is a brilliant, insightful attorney whose collaborative approach I deeply appreciate. She took time to explain the different legal issues and options with my case and was extremely patient with my many questions. Ms. Hill promptly returned calls and emails and successfully negotiated a satisfactory settlement for me. I highly recommend her for legal representation in business and employment matters.

Peace of mind with my corporate filings I must admit that I had gotten overwhelmed keeping up with the annual reporting requirements for my corporation. I hired Ms Hill to make sure I was in compliance, and to make sure I STAY that way! Now, my mind is at ease knowing that my corporation's Annual Minutes, Articles of Incorporation, and all other important corporate filings and documents are prepared correctly and are safely in the hands of a highly competent attorney. I can't recommend Emily highly enough. Ms Hill is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to work with!

Legal Answers
2 Questions Answered
Q. Can I use a like image of PennyWise on my Tattoo Shops logo?
A: You would need to determine whether PennyWise's image is in the public domain.
Q. Is it legal for one 50% shareholder in a corporation to sell off all of the assets without letting the other know
A: The asset sale is seemingly unauthorized under ORS 60. The corporation's Bylaws would also likely prohibit the action as described.
