Biography
Emily was born and raised in the Des Moines area. She graduated from Drake University Law School in 2018 with High Honors, where she was a Junior Member of the Drake Law Review and Treasurer of the Moot Court Board. Emily found her love for Estate Planning and Elder Law while assisting low-income seniors with legal matters at the Drake Legal Clinic. She practices out of the West Des Moines office of Pearson Bollman Law and focuses on estate planning, elder law, and probate/trust administration. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her dog, Ruth, biking the local trails, and traveling with her husband.
