Q. What if the victim dropped the charges
A: I doubt that any attorney will help you drop the charges against your boyfriend if he put you in the hospital.
Q. Hi I'm in Louisiana. I have an arrest for a crime that has no statute of limitations.

Q. What if you made a claim and got money reimbursed and spent the money but the claim was fake. Can u just pay it back?
A: Making a fake insurance claim is criminal fraud.

A: Have no idea what evidence the state has. Hire a criminal attorney.
Q. Must I present my license if requested by a louisiana law enforcement? Not the Dept. Of Safety, but roadside cop.
A: No jerks must produce ID, as does everyone else if requested.

A: If your daughter doesn't give you visitation, you have none.
Q. If you are served with an affidavit warrant are you entitled to receive the whole warrant and who swore it out on you
A: No. You are required to show up. Your attorney can find out who filed the complaint and the supporting affidavit and can file a motion to quash.
Q. my husband conceived a child with another woman and he will be on the BC she does not want child how do i get rights
A: Your husband can file for filiation and custody. After the child has been in your home for 6 months, you can file for adoption. Hire a family law attorney.
