Biography

Elizabeth Kelley has a nationwide practice focusing on representing people with mental disabilities. She is the co-chair of the National Center for Criminal Justice and Disabilities, serves on the editorial board of the ABA's Criminal Justice Section magazine, and served three terms on the board of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is the editor of Representing People with Mental Disabilities: A Practical Guide for Criminal Defense Lawyers, published by the ABA in 2018, and is the editor of Representing People on the Autism Spectrum: A Practical Guide for Criminal Defense Lawyers, scheduled to be published in 2019.
