Don't trust him to represent your wishes. He ignored me completely with no regards to the outcome. It is with deep remorse that I, the great-grandson and grandson of the two founding partners of this 200 year old, highly respected Buffalo Law firm has been put in the position where I feel it necessary to leave this review. I made my desires very clear from the beginning and Ed Murphy chose to ignore my wishes and take the path of least resistance. Not the path one wants their attorney to take in this scenario, especially with such a large dollar amount at stake. He clearly failed me as a client and completely wasted my time and money in the process, setting my case back months. When I expressed my concerns over his drafting of my demand letter as being unacceptable, he simply ignored me and went home for the weekend leaving me and my case hanging. I had every right to express my concerns, and him backing out as my attorney and leaving me in this situation is just another example of his unprofessionalism and only thinking about himself and not his paying client. I will forever remember my experience with MY Family's Law Firm as being nothing short of a Nightmare. ◦
