Dustin Christner's practice is concentrated on complex civil litigation. He has experience defending products liability and automobile warranty actions. Many of these cases involve large document production against aggressive, well-financed plaintiff's counsel.
In defense of product manufacturers, Dustin has represented automobile, tire, construction equipment and consumer product manufacturers. He has defended these corporations against claims of personal injury, wrongful death, crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, airbag deployment, tire tread/belt separation and electrical fires.
Dustin's automobile and motorcycle warranty practice has included automobiles and motorcycle manufacturers in breach of contract, Magnuson-Moss, Arizona Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims in both state and federal court
Dustin has represented hospitals, nurses, nursing homes, cardiologists, obstetricians, rheumatologists and other healthcare providers throughout Arizona. His representation has involved a wide variety of medical care issues ranging from wrongful birth to surgical complications.
In his construction practice, Dustin represents general contractors and subcontractors against claims that include breach of contract, nonconformance with specifications, consumer fraud and breach of warranty.
