I could not possibly speak more highly of Rev. Dr. Washington, Esq. I hired Rev. Dr. Washington to help me with a really stressful situation involving my "luxury" building's management company having delivered a printed-off-the-internet, clearly meant for nothing but intimidation notice to cure/notice to vacate that was delivered improperly and that was clearly, in my opinion, delivered to me as retaliation for asking for maintenance during a series of maintenance emergencies, after having not called for maintenance for years, above and beyond very small repairs. Rev. Dr. Washington made me feel right at home, and even listened to the ridiculously long backstory involved in all of this.
