- Q. i just got a letter from district attorneys office stating the office filed a complaint charge against me for identity
- A: What should you do? First step would be to consult with a local criminal criminal lawyer to review the details and your legal options. Don't make any statements to law enforcement. Remain silent.
- Q. How many hours can i work while on house arrest?
- A: Agree with Mr. Gribow. You need to call your original attorney and ask them this question since they are most familiar with the details of your case. Good job on staying busy with work.
- Q. I was pulled over & searched the cop found multiple checks in my toolbox tht has no lock
- A: You might have a valid defense, but will need to privately consult with a criminal attorney to review the specific details and talk about options. You can use Justia or Google to locate a few lawyers in your area. Good luck
