Dmitriy became a lawyer in 2002. His first job as a lawyer was at a boutique firm, where he represented plaintiffs with catastrophic injuries. From 2003 to 2015, he had been working at one of the most renowned and preeminent health care and professional liability defense law firms in the U.S.
Dmitriy has litigated hundreds of highly complex matters in his career, including cases involving personal injuries, catastrophic injuries, elder abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, professional board actions, premises liability, products liability, conspiracy, fraud, invasion of privacy and a multitude of other cases. In 1999, Dmitriy obtained his B.A. in Business Economics, Magna Cum Laude, at UCLA. In 2002, he graduated from University of California, Davis, School of Law. In law school, Dmitriy served as a member and was appointed editor of U.C. DAVIS LAW REVIEW. Further, for his outstanding legal writing skills, Dmitriy received the Witkin Award.
