Diego had a complete, 360 degree understanding of our client's business and the laws it was subject to.

Diego is a very experienced management employment attorney. He has a complete understanding of traditional labor law and the intricacies of collective bargaining agreements, as well the state and federal wage and hour laws, and state and federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

I am fairly experienced in handling in employment discrimination cases, but I found that Diego's evaluation of the cases we worked on was often better than mine.

Communication Skills: Excellent

I always received clear direction from Diego, and I believe he fairly evaluated what I related to him. When we had a difference of opinion, he was able to rationalize his position while considering mine.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Diego never suggested we do anything close to unethical in the cases we handled. We always did things by the book.
