Diana I. Castrillon
Workers' Compensation and Injury Attorney
Diana Castrillon is a very experienced injury attorney who offers a comprehensive solution for individuals who are injured due to the negligence of someone else. She has been a practicing attorney for over seventeen years. She has the unique experience of having seen both sides of injury law as she began her great career by representing the insurance companies instead of the injured worker. Her time as an insurance defense attorney has aided her knowledge greatly for her current position as an injury attorney to better fight for her clients, combating the strategy that she herself had to use in the past.
Ms. Castrillon began her journey in the law by completing an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1997. Soon after, she obtained her Juris Doctor law degree in 2001 from Nova Southeastern University with high honors. Since graduating, her work has garnered a reputation thanks to her experience and the awards she has received. She was named Outstanding Female Lawyer by the Woman’s Lawyers Journal in 2004. She has also been a key note speaker at the FWCI Annual Bar Convention since 2008.
Today, Diana is an active member of the Florida Association of Hispanic Attorneys, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, the Broward County Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. Her goal with every client is to ensure that each client focuses only on recovering from injury while she fights for their financial recovery. As a highly qualified attorney, Ms. Castrillon charges no fee and no cost unless she wins. You can trust she will have your best interest at all times.
