Stay away!
This guy is so bad that he's reviewing parking cases for the city, where he doesn't even read through submitted data and responds with "inconclusive" while using legal jargon to sound intelligent. He ignores evidence submitted as if he never opened the picture, or read the terms on the enclosed data. Run to a better lawyer!
