Q. IF AM STOPPED AND BLOW .08 AND GET A DWI WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF GETTING IT THROWN OUT
A: It depends upon many factors, including how well you did on any field tests, why you were stopped, how was your driving, etc. In many jurisdictions there are still judges that will give the benefit of the doubt to a person that blows a .08. You should hire the best DWI defense attorney that you can afford.
Q. Do I need a lawyer for aiding and abetting a dwi when I wasn't present or aware of it?
A: Yes. Aiding and abetting carries the same punishment as a level 5 DWI. You need a lawyer. Many times these charges are dismissed once the principle's defendant's DWI case is over.
Q. How do you get a limited driving privilege after twelve years of suspension? Completed all requirements, but no money.
A: You should not need a limited privilege, assuming you have completed all requirements. You should be eligible to get a regular license back or get a hearing for restoration of your license. A good lawyer should be able to look at your driving history and tell you what you need to do. You can also call the DMV in Raleigh for direction on what to do.
