Denise has extensive experience in discovery and trial, and has served as lead counsel, in cases involving all aspects of complex patent litigation. Representative cases include AstraZeneca v. Mayne Pharma (S.D.N.Y.), AstraZeneca v. Ivax (D. NJ), AstraZeneca v. Breath (D. NJ), Schering Corp. v. Barr (D. Del.), and Medicis v. Paddock (D. Minn.). Denise is a co-author of the Model Patent Jury Instructions of theAmerican Bar Association. Denise is also a co-author of Patent Depositions, Chapter 13 in Patent Litigation Strategies Handbook (2d ed. 2005).
