- I provide a variety of legal services for many private clients. My skills include drafting and reviewing civil complaints, litigation, motions, and drafting and review of many different types of contracts. From 2002 through 2008, I presented clients’ land development projects to city and county commissions for the approval of tentative subdivision maps and zone changes and assisted clients in land acquisitions and sales. I have appeared before the Land Use Board of Appeals on various land use appeals for clients and prepared LUBA briefs and motions for both petitioner and respondent. I organized a client’s development team for a major municipal water project, including obtaining approval from all government agencies. I have been successful in acquiring necessary easements for land development through negotiation with neighboring landowners. My clients included individuals, corporations, and public benefit non-profits. Since 2009, I have prepared Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Reorganization Plans and Disclosure Statements, and continue my solo practice representing clients in civil litigation related to real estate law
