Deborah Arthur has lived in Northern Virginia all of her life. She is married and has one married daughter, Rebecca Evans, who is a graduate of Immanuel Christian School in North Springfield, West Springfield High School, Northern Virginia Community College, and George Mason University as well as George Mason University School of Law. Her daughter joined the firm as an associate in October 2012 and started her own firm in June 2021.
She also has three amazing step-children, and eight grandchildren, who she adores. She is an active church member at Calvary Road Baptist Church, where she is active in the Women's Ministry.
