Advising individuals and business entities at all stages, including entity selection and formation, day-to-day business operations and the selling and buying of businesses

Drafting, negotiating and providing advice to parties with regard to contract matters of many types, including purchase agreements, supply agreements, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and development agreements

Representing parties in the purchase, sale, construction and development of single and multi-family residential real estate

Representing parties in construction disputes

Assisting purchasers, sellers, contractors and developers in connection with retail, commercial, office and industrial real estate matters, including development, construction, financing, leasing, and purchases and sales

Assisting parties in working with federal, state and local governmental agencies in business, real estate and environmental matters

Representing borrowers and lending institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting financing transactions
