David W. Zoll
David W. Zoll, partner in the firm of Zoll, Kranz & Borgess, LLC, handles a wide variety of civil litigation. His areas of practice include pharmaceutical litigation, construction disputes, municipal law, ERISA pension and fiduciary law, trade secret and employment contract cases, insurance law, product liability, mass torts, and professional negligence matters.
