Q. How do you know this lawyer?

David and I share office space in Surprise, Arizona. I observed how good he did with his clients concerning Family Law, Bankruptcy, Debt and Estate Planning. We have bounced legal concepts and ideas off of one another, and he is an attorney that I have come to trust to the point that I hired him to handle my family law issue.

Q. In the cases you were involved in with this attorney, which of the following apply?

I hired David for a family law case for two different matters. He did a phenomenal job on the first issue and demonstrated the right blend of litigator with a temperance of kindness wherever possible. On the current pending matter, he has continued to impress!

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
David and I share office space and intersect in practice areas in Estate Planning. We have bounced probate ideas off of one another, and I have seen him in signings with his clients as a witness. His explanation and kind demeanor were impressive; his explanations of advanced legal concepts was down to Earth.

Q. Was this lawyer an effective advocate/counselor and why?
Yes

Quite simply, David is straight to the point, does not over promise, has never given me bad advice, and has garnered the outcomes that he promised.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

David has always explained legal concepts accurately to me. As an attorney, I may be one of the worst clients in the sense that I double check and research everything on my own, as well. He has never steered me wrong and corrected me where my interpretations were incorrect in an area of law that I do not practice. The outcome from the Judge's rulings were on par with his analysis, which is the greatest test.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

I have been a practicing attorney for nearly 14 years, and have had the opportunity to supervise and train other attorneys. David's written product was excellent in the filings that he made in my case. His mastery over the legal concepts and ability to state them plainly was obvious.

Communication Skills: Excellent

David makes himself available for quick responses by phone, email and in person. I never had the sense that he had more important matters to handle than mine. Several times he reached out to me after hours (an on weekends) on routine matters; and certainly addressed emergency situations in kind.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

I have observed David work against less than reputable opposing counsel and maintain his professionalism and sense of ethics at every turn. His commitment to each appeared to me to be unwavering.
