David R. Fletcher

I graduated from Florida State University with a B.A in 1966. I served in Vietnam in 1968 and then attended FSU again- receiving my J.D in 1972. After law school, I worked in the Jacksonville FL. Public Defender's office, and then in 1978 I joined my brother in Fletcher and Fletcher, practicing criminal defense and started taking immigration cases as well. I went into sole practice in 1985 and have focused primarily on immigration cases since 1997.
