- Activities: David is a faculty member of Lorman Education Services and a continuing education professor at Pratt University, where he teaches continuing education courses to architects and engineers on topics including legal liability, construction contracts and dispute resolution. He has also published many articles on contract and construction law. David is a member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association, the New York Bar Association and the Economic Development Committee of the New York Building Congress.
