Dave is always up-to-date on all the DUI and Criminal laws. In addition to his general legal knowledge, I have seen him at trial, and he always is extremely prepared with any case law that might be relevant to the case.

Mr. Mennie is also extremely talented in his legal analysis. He knows how to apply the applicable case law to his client's situation, and argues tirelessly for his client.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Mr. Mennie is extremely well respected among lawyers, not just for his legal ability, but his ability to communicate appropriately with his clients and in court.
