David Kronemyer

Mr Kronemyer specializes in corporate transactional and litigation matters in the areas of securities law, trade regulation, intellectual property, film, music, publishing and new media. He has held executive positions in the entertainment industry including Vice President of Capitol Records, Senior Vice President of Atlantic Records, Executive Vice President of Curb Records, President of Gold Circle Films and President of Cerberus Films. His clients have included Universal Pictures, LiveNation, Clear Channel Communications, Beacon Entertainment, Pixar Entertainment, JVC Entertainment, Soundbreak.com and Enigma Digital. He has written extensively on corporate and entertainment law topics, served as a Senior Policy Analyst for RAND Corporation and taught on the adjunct faculty of Southwestern University. He also has produced and financed numerous records and films.
