Owned and Operated by Calaveras County He was assigned to "represent" me as a public defender, but it turns out that he did nothing to represent me, only bowing down to whatever Calaveras County asked. He was there to only serve what was in the best interest of Calaveras County, not my families best interest. He was there only to get paid for "representing" me in the loosest sense of the word and collect his money from the County, for essentially nodding his head and bending over whenever the County snapped their fingers. The County got their moneys worth out of him, and my family suffered. I wouldn't be surprised if he got their coffee in the morning and rubbed their feet at night. It's a crime that he was paid by anyone for "representing" me. He complained when I included him on emails dealing with my case, and I met with him only once outside of the courtroom. He didn't show up to 2 appointments I had with him. He would leave me angry messages when I would ask questions about my case. He didn't care at all about my family or myself, he was only there to collect his pay for "representing" me. Questions I had about the prosecutors went unanswered, and the County was allowed to lie about myself and my family without any objections. When I would try to speak up, the judge would silence me and my "attorney" wouldn't say a thing. Completely worthless, and as incompetent as the courts and Calaveras County Health and Human Services.
