David's practice is focused on complex and general commercial litigation, business disputes, antitrust, and real estate matters. A native South Floridian, David moved to New York City for college, and completed his undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in economics.
David went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor on the Journal of Law and Business. Prior to joining Stok Kon + Braverman, David was a complex commercial litigator at a prestigious law firm in New York City for 6 years. While working in New York, David represented a wide array of sophisticated clients and Fortune 500 companies, including high profile litigation concerning a large American automobile manufacturer in a class action antitrust lawsuit. David moved back to South Florida in 2018 with his wife and three children, and is excited to continue his legal career in his hometown. David is passionate about providing excellent legal services to business and individual clients at every stage of representation.
