Attorney for the working class!!! I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Hagan several years ago. He and one his colleagues spearheaded a family matter that I needed litigated and resolved. The outcome was outstanding. Fast foward three years later and I needed Attorney Hagan's legal expertise and strategic mind again. But the stakes were much higher for me. Biography

David Hagan is an associate at Friedman, Grimes, Meinken & Leischner PLLC, where he focuses on family law and criminal defense. He handles litigation across all areas of domestic relations, including adoptions, divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, property rights, prenuptial agreements, and post-divorce disputes. Additionally, he represents clients in protective order cases and misdemeanor criminal defense matters, such as traffic violations and assault/battery cases. Mr. Hagan also assists with estate litigation and other civil matters.

He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, where he served as a student advisor in the George Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. In this role, he provided pro bono legal assistance to veterans and their families on issues such as civil contract disputes, veterans discharge upgrades, adoptions, and consumer warranty concerns.

A Northern Virginia native, Mr. Hagan enjoys reading, staying active, and giving back to the community through his involvement with Legal Services of Northern Virginia, the Alexandria Bar Foundation, and Colors of Justice.
