David H. Luhn

Mr. Luhn is a Member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Knoxville Estate Planning Council. At present Mr. Luhn is engaged in the general practice of law with a focus in the areas of Estate Planning, (Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Health Care Power of Attorneys, Durable Power of Attorneys, Living Wills, Advance Directives, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Asset Protection Strategies, and Quit Claim Deeds); Estate Administration (Probate, Representing Executors and Beneficiaries); Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements; Business Law (Contract Review, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Compete Agreements, and Employment Agreements); Business Transactions (Acquisitions, Asset Purchase and Stock Purchase Agreements, Mergers, Dissolutions, and Asset Sales); Business Formation (LLC, Corporations, Partnerships, Buy/Sell and Shareholder Agreements) Landlord/Tenant (Commercial and Residential Leases); and HOA and Condo Association matters. Mr. Luhn has served as an instructor for attorneys, accountants, and other professionals for continuing education through the National Business Institute. He has also presented on numerous occasions to community groups and at the University of Tennessee.
