Credit Cards Accepted
Our commercial bank surcharges us 4% of the fee paid with a credit or debit card. We pass that surcharge on to the client. We are happy to help you avoid the surcharge by accepting payment in local checks, cash, or automated clearing house transactions. -
Contingent Fees
Contingent fee agreements are customarily limited to personal injury and medical malpractice actions. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Traffic, personal injury/medical malpractice and criminal law intake consultations at no cost or obligation. Low fixed-fee intake consultations for civil matters and we credit the consultation fee upon retainer.
