Danielle was born and raised in Palm Harbor, Florida. She enjoys boxing, reading, and exploring the world with her German Shepherd, Salem, by her side.
Danielle attended the University of Florida on a full scholarship. She majored in Biology and minored in Disabilities in Society. Danielle attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. on an academic scholarship. During her academic career at the Washington College of Law, Danielle was the Managing Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law, the top cited legal periodical in the United States in the topic area of gender, social policy, and the law. She was also the Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee Chair for all the Journals at American University.
Danielle started at Folds Walker as a File Clerk during her time at the University of Florida. She went on to become a Law Clerk for Folds Walker following her admission to American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. Upon graduating from law school and passing the Florida Bar, Danielle became an Associate Attorney for the firm.
