Daniel P. Nguyen

Daniel attended San Jose State University, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sports management and a business minor. Daniel went on to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego, CA, where he studied and trained in Negotiation & Mediation Theory. He graduated as a distinguished member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and won the Prestigious 2012 Tulane National Baseball Salary Arbitration Competition. During his time in law school, Daniel interned for the San Diego District Attorney, United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corp, Thomas Jefferson Veterans Legal Clinic. After law school, Daniel worked for Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik LLP and The Farrise Law Firm PC before starting his own practice in Westminster, CA where his father Dr. Thu The Nguyen DC. worked for 25 years serving the local Vietnamese community. In Addition, Daniel is also In House Counsel to Advanced Surgical Associates located in San Jose, CA. Daniel has been admitted to the District of Columbia State Bar since 2015.

Daniel has a passion for problem-solving using mediation and negotiation strategy. His approach is to find the best solution for both sides that satisfies his client's objectives without alienating the opposing side. He believes this approach not only accomplishes his client's goals but also builds and maintains professional and personal working relationships.
