Among other awards and recognition, Daniel has been selected by the Texas Lawyer as “2020 Lawyer of the Year,” the National Law Journal as a 2020 “Winning Litigator,” and by Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and Energy Law from 2017-2021.
He earned his law degree from Tulane University, where he graduated summa cum laude and served on the Tulane Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and federal and circuit courts across the country.
