: Current; Before joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Forman was an intern for Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Stephen E. Neel.Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Forman worked as a systems software developer and manager. He has extensive experience with multiprocessor software architecture, database management system internals, compiler and query language development, software internationalization, software quality assurance tools and system performance measurement and analysis. Mr. Forman also has experience in a wide variety of application areas, including U.S. Department of Defense data gathering and analysis (various organizations), medical decision support (Transition Systems), banking (First Interstate Bank and Bank of Japan), marketing and retail (A.C. Neilson and Marks Spencer) and government entitlement programs (Australian Department of Social Security).
