- Q. Does a CI for underagedrinking in Michigan cause a person to lose their license in Illinois?
- A: It will if the information gets effectively transferred between States (which is likely).
- Q. Can I use an emergency exit in a non emergency?
- A: There may be a local law against it, but even if not, since there is an alarm on it you would at least be committing the illegal act of "Disturbing the Peace".
- Q. Can my aunt file criminal charges on me?
- A: She can go to the police again regarding this, however, it will be up to the police and the prosecutor's office (and not her) whether they want to pursue charges. If the police closed out the case before, they will likely do so again unless the evidence that they are presented is significantly different.
