Q. Can my job change my tax code even though I am not resident?
A: If you're visiting then no you are still domiciled in Colorado and you're not performing services in Florida so there would be no Florida source income.

If by visiting you mean working in the company's Florida office then yes. You would have Florida source income and the employer would need to remit Florida employment taxes for those services assuming the work meets the minimum threshold.

Your W2 would then show total wages for federal purposes but would allocate state wages by state.
Q. I have 1.4 million USD in IRS tax debt. Can I take a trip to a foreign country?
A: Yes, you should be concerned.

Negotiate a resolution plan and verify your passport is valid before attempting to leave the country.
Q. LLC dissolution
A: The first step would be to review the operating agreement and determine what if any provisions would apply. USe this information to attempt to settle the issue or proceed with a buy-out.

If you can't come to an agreed-upon resolution the next step would be filing a lawsuit to remove one of you from the LLC.
