Incompetent, not worth your money!!! He made a deal with DA before we ever went to trial. He charged me an extra 2 grand (5 total) to go to trial because he thought I was guilty! He didn’t argue my case, he didn’t object when he should have, and he DID NOT listen to my suggestions; instead told me I was simply going to have to be found guilty in one out of the two charges. And I was. Then he wanted a different judge to sentence me. Thank God the judge refused, and the judge who found me guilty. Curtis WOULD NOT request the minimum sentence because the DA could go for the max. So I received something in the middle.
