Brown and Merrill Lynch in connection with various public equity offerings and has represented numerous issuers in connection with public and private debt and equity offerings. Representative public transactions and clients include Domino’s Pizza, EMC Corporation, Entegris, Manufacturers’ Services Limited, Millipore Corporation, SunGard Data Systems, Therma-Wave and Wesley Jessen VisionCare. Craig also advises 3i Group and Atlas Venture in connection with many of their venture capital investments and he represents Parthenon Capital in connection with the organization of its private equity funds.
