Craig L. Pankratz
Superior representation for less. Fees based on your ability to pay.Growing up on a farm in Erda, Utah taught me the value of hard work, tenacity, and integrity. These attributes have shaped my life. In high school, although I was undersized, I captained my football team's offensive and defensive lines and garnered all region and all state honors. I also dedicated myself to my studies, graduating second in my high school class, earning full tuition academic scholarships, and receiving Magna Cum Laude honors at BYU and Baylor Law School. My work ethic, tenacity, and integrity continue to motivate me as an attorney. I have tried twenty-three jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, including trials for DUI, assault and battery, property damage and destruction, trespass, dog bites, and traffic accidents. In addition to my trial experience, I represent clients before Utah's appellate courts and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and have authored or co-authored many appellate briefs.

- A: Whether you are entitled to anything depends on the circumstances surrounding your marriage. Generally, property is split as equally as is possible. Alimony is available in Utah depending on your standard of living during marriage, your ability to earn enough to live at that same standard of living, and your husband's ability to pay.
- Q. For someone to be caught shoplifting do they have to catch them before they leave the store
- A: No. It is not necessary to catch the person before they leave the store.
