She is special counsel to HPCANY, and on its Executive, Palliative Care, and Public Policy Committees. Connie also serves on the Regulatory Subcommittee of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the Alzheimer's Project Advisory Group, the National Hospice Task Force Access Committee, and the Hospice Consequence of Illness Task Force.
