Biography

I'm a recent graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. I passed the bar in July 2021. I focus on Criminal Law, Social Security Disability, and Bankruptcy. I have a passion for criminal justice and making sure that all individuals, regardless of race or socioeconomic status have equal access to justice. I have been working in the area of SSI and SSD for 10 years, including attending many hearings during that time. También hablo español.

Fees
  • Free Consultation
I offer free consultations on any case. At that consultation, I'll let you know possible outcomes of the case and what my fees would be.
  • Credit Cards Accepted
I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal. My fees remain the same regardless of payment method and I do not charge any fees for using a method that charges me (such as credit cards). If a fee is charged for that payment method, I absorb the fee and never pass it on to you.
  • Contingent Fees
For Social Security Disability cases (SSD/SSI), I will use a fee agreement. This is the standard fee agreement that SSA authorizes. If you don't get approved, you owe nothing.
  • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Generally, I require any fee upfront, but there are some exceptions. On almost all of my cases, my fees are flat fees, rather than hourly. On a criminal case that is under investigation, I would charge an hourly fee. That fee would 100% be applied to my flat fee if charges are filed. If charges aren't filed, I would deduct the hourly amount from the retainer and return the rest to you. If you have any questions about my fees, please feel free to contact me.

1 Questions Answered
Q. I have had to leave my girlfriends condo due to her drug induced son. How can i get my possessions?
A: Generally, in these cases, I advise my clients to call the local police for the area where the condo is located (for example, Strongsville PD or Cleveland PD 2nd District). Tell them that you want to get some stuff out of the house. They'll dispatch officers who will knock on the door, ask your girlfriend if you can get your stuff, and accompany you. This way you can safely get your possessions.
