I have known Chris Helt since 2002 and since that time we have regularly referred immigration cases to our respective offices.

Q. In the cases you were involved in with this attorney, which of the following apply?

Mr. Helt is one of the foremost experts in deportation defense law in the United States. On numerous occasions my office would be retained to handle a specific part of an immigration process, for instance, an employment based immigration issue. Once the employment based case has been finalized on our end, we would turn the case back over to Mr. Helt so that he could handle the next stage of the process involving deportation defense.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
I simply am unable to recall the number of times my office has been retained for one of Mr. Helt's clients, and vice versa. A realistic number is around 40-50 occasions over the past 17 years.

In all my years of practice around the U.S., I have yet to find a deportation defense attorney that is more highly versed in deportation law. Chris Helt has an unparalleled knowledge and command of the various deportation legal precedents from the Board of Immigration Appeals and each of the circuit courts in the United States. Additionally, Chris Helt's legal advocacy has directly resulted in significant legal precedents in 3-4 circuit courts.
