I have had my own practice since 1993, concentrating mainly on Business and Commercial law including all Civil Litigation.
A large part involves drafting and negotiating all types of Business Contracts. I have represented a multitude of different types of Business from Banks (Midlantic Bank) and Insurance and Surety Companies (Allstate) to Franchisors and Franchise owners such as Burger King, Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell as well as the small corner Deli. I also represent individual clients in virtually all areas of law.
