Christina J. Corr
Trusted Montgomery County divorce & custody attorney protecting your future.
I am Christina J. Corr, the owner and president of Christina J. Corr, P.C., where I am committed to providing dedicated legal representation in family law, wills and estate planning, and adoption. With 25 years of experience in the legal field, I focus on delivering personalized solutions, strong advocacy, and sound legal advice to my clients.
My practice is built on a compassionate approach, recognizing that legal challenges often come with emotional complexities. I take pride in guiding my clients through these difficult times with empathy and clear communication, especially in sensitive matters such as divorce, child custody, and estate planning.
I am a proud member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, the 422 Business Alliance, and the Greater Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. I am also accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which reflects my commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
From 2001 to 2017, I served as a Special Assistant Public Defender for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender. In this role, I provided legal representation to indigent criminal defendants at their preliminary hearings, which helped me hone my litigation skills and reinforced my dedication to advocacy.
I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech, where I was a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society, and my Juris Doctor (JD) from Widener University School of Law. At Widener, I served as the Business Manager of the Real Property Development Society. My educational background in psychology enhances my ability to connect with clients and approach each case with thoughtful understanding.
Outside of my legal practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. I value family and community, and this passion drives my commitment to helping others navigate their legal matters with care and compassion.

- Q. Father's contempt petition vs. mother's jurisdiction transfer request - response timing?
- A: File your Answer before the deadline, assuming that Mother filed her petition to change venue in the current jurisdiction where you reside. If she filed in the state she relocated to, consider filing preliminary objections or a motion to dismiss instead, but also before the deadline.
