Having opened Neal & McDevitt’s new office in the Philadelphia suburbs, Christina D. Frangiosa represents clients across various industries in IP and technology law. Her combined litigation and transactional practice concentrates on copyrights and trademarks including search & clearance, prosecution & maintenance, and licensing & enforcement. With respect to enforcement, she handles infringement, counterfeiting, unfair competition, false advertising, and the impact of artificial intelligence.
Chris helps her clients learn about protecting their copyrights and trademarks, and defends them if claims are made, whether in federal court or before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in opposition or cancellation proceedings.
Chris actively participates in the ABA’s IP Law Section and INTA’s Legislative & Regulatory Committee. She publishes the Privacy and IP Law Blog, which has addressed recent developments in these areas since 2009.
Chris also speaks frequently in education contexts - through CLEs in person and in webinars.
