Chrishendra Tucker
Chrishendra Tucker chose her passion to practice Family Law through believing that healthy families build stronger communities. The very foundation of our being starts with family; therefore, she is committed to fighting for her client’s Family Law rights, whether it is establishing paternity or ending a committed intimate relationship, and everything in between. Her personal experiences and legal training have given her the well-rounded compassion to litigate the sensitive issues which arise in Family Law cases.
Chrishendra has been practicing law since 1993. With over 26 years of legal experience Chrishendra chose to practice Family Law because she believes in advocating fiercely to place children in the best stable environment regardless of the family’s dynamics. As a divorced single parent, she has the benefit of experience, which is a great aide to her advocacy. In addition, she has successfully argued many types of cases, including arguing for grandparents to parent their grandchildren when grandparents did not have those rights in Washington. Chrishendra prides herself in diligently fighting for her client and obtaining the best possible client experience.
As a lifelong resident of the Seattle area, Chrishendra completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and obtained her JD from Seattle University School of Law. Chrishendra did not want to stop her education there and is a 2010 graduate of Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College. She has a tremendous amount of legal education and trial techniques to offer.
When Chrishendra is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a mother, stepmother, grandmother, and surrogate parent to many children.
