Managed all legal for this Silicon Valley based international SAAS productivity company with international operations and separate SAAS service in China, with over 200 million users. Managed financings over $215M for one of the initial "Unicorns." Developed strategic partnerships with the leading international device manufacturers and telecoms. Launched an e-commerce operation for physical products with worldwide distribution.
