Unfortunately unsuccessful She was extremely unsuccessful at returning children full-time to Minnesota after mother drove out of the country with them to live in Alaska without approval. Spent 32k to be in a worst position than before she took my case. Now my children have missed 110 days of the 21/22 school year unexcused and the guy their mom ran off with ended up died mysteriously in Alaska. The mess the firm left me with is confusing the new venue I just successfully moved to my county I live in. Firm wanted 40k to fix the mistakes made by them as there wasn't a opposing counsel that Chelsea had to square off against. I feel like my emotions were used to rack up a bill the firm thought was a slam dunk case. The judge didn't find what the firm and Chelsea produced was enough to return the kids back to Minnesota in my custody. My children underwent extreme trauma well in Alaska that I spent thousands on trying to stop. This was very much avoidable if the proper legal process was followed by the firm pushing a CHIP processing on the mother instead I had to wait 7 months after hiring her just to see them for 5 weeks. Hiring Chelsea for this case completely back fired on me and the only pressing questions she asked in cross was about a lice infection. Chelsea is a very pleasant individual unfortunately she didn't get results meaning the 32k paid to the firm for Chelsea's services was a complete waste of resources that should have been invested else where. I'm not sure if she just disliked me or if she really couldn't convince a judge without a opposing counsel that a women who fled the state with minor children well helping a guy escape a arrest warrant to change a custody arrangement. Chelsea wasn't able to get results
