I have been practicing law for over 35 years. I graduated 3rd in my class from law school, so I had the opportunity to work at one of Chicago's largest law firms on Michigan Avenue, Ross & Hardies, right out of law school. At that time my experience was mostly in the area of personal injury law having clerked during law school for one of the nations top personal injury lawyers, Leonard M. Ring & Associates. In April of 1991 I started my own firm that has continued to prosper under the philosophy of providing, "Quality, Caring and Experienced Legal Representation." The common thread between the probate, trust and business litigation matters is the Fiduciary Relationships involved and the alleged breaches of fiduciary duties that occur in estate, trust and business matters.
One of the keys to our success is our AVAILABILITY and COMMUNICATION with our clients because we are aware that the lack of communication is one of the most frequent complaints about attorneys.
The quality of our work has earned my firm a respected reputation amongst our colleagues and the judges we appear before and provide a significant source of client referrals. I am proud to have been recognized by peer review as an ILLINOIS SUPER LAWYER.
