Use any lawyer... but him. Do NOT use this scheming lawyer. We paid $30,000 to have him defend my father after a car accident and my father died just a few months after we hired him. Even though he did minimal work for my fathers case, which we agree he should get paid for, he would not even give a partial refund for the retainer. This has to be illegal in some way.
