Cedric D'Hue
D'Hue Law LLCCedric D’Hue has been a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2005. He has drafted, filed and prosecuted patent, trademark and copyright applications to issuance. He has drafted patentability opinions, invalidity and obviousness opinions and freedom to operate opinions. Cedric received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Tufts University (1999). Cedric received his master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University (2002) and his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis (2005). Cedric is currently a PhD Candidate at Purdue University Department of Chemistry (R. Graham Cooks, advisor) focused on cancer diagnosis by desorption electrospray ionization (DESI) mass spectrometry imaging. Cedric thesis research is using multivariate statistical analysis of mass spectra to statistically differentiate cancer and non-cancerous tissue in dog bladder cancer (urothetial cell carcinoma, aka transitional cell carcinoma “TCC”) and human oral squamous cell carcinoma.
